3-Now switch off Your phone & boot into recovery
4-Goto mountsandstorage & format system there.
5-now do factory reset & clear cache
6-After Wiping and Formating, go back at the first page of the CWM recovery and choose install .zip from SDcard
7- now choose D-XPERIA HD
8-Format Dalvik Cache(Advanced>Dalvik Cache)
9-now again go back at the first page of the CWM recovery and choose install .zip from SDcard
10-choose FIX.zip
11-Reboot
After you select reboot it will show you a option of disable recovery flash & fix xbin option just select yes nd press ok
THINGS U HAVE TO DO MANUALLY!!
Install Busybox installer from google play & install busybox v20 & then SQLITE3 & now you can uninstall it
